At JollyKitties, we want you to love your pawsome products! Since each item is made to order, all sales are final—but don’t worry, we’ve got your back if your order arrives damaged or defective.


📦 No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Incorrect sizes ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
❌ Buyer’s remorse

🐾 Double-check your order before placing it to ensure the correct size, color, and design!


🚨 Damaged or Defective Items – We’ll Make It Right!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

What to Do:
1️⃣ Contact us at support@jollykitties.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
3️⃣ We will review and send a free replacement or issue a refund if approved.

📌 Note: Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect products—not for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
